FREE YOURSELF

Change or Transformation is an important part of Life. And Life has to go through a process of transformation. If you are ignoring the fact of Transformation and it's not your goal, then life will be a drift.Every experience of your life should allow you to blossom & grow in love,in silence and joy.It should bring the best out of you.

In your lifetime, you should learn to transform your experience into growth.Your motive and focus should be to convert the worldly bondage into salvation.For that to happen,what is important is Self Remembrance.

If we can remember to be constantly awake to our inner world of thoughts,emotions,likes,dislikes and interpretations, a new level of reality will open up and thus, we will be free from our inner prisons.

Fears are legitimate and illegitimate in nature...or if may call so relevant or irrelevant Fears.If you are in woods and tiger comes near you and you are afraid and frightened,the fear is legitimate but Fear of Future is illegitimate...In fact not knowing future is more exciting and interesting and keeps you on your toes.

Few days back a friend of mine working in an IT company came to dinner and told me that he was too afraid about the future now,as he has lost his Job.He was in shock and scared about his fate and what future beholds for him?

I tried to console him and tried to be motivating.I told him, He should not fear about future.Look into your life..lots of positive and good things have happened into your life.You came from a poor family and see what you have achieved now...You are well settled with good name in the society.So draw energy from all good things happened and all will be Good in future too.

But sometimes I think, when we were kids we were so careless and free from fear.As elders only we sow the seeds of Fear into our Lives and the it becomes our part.Slowly and Slowly we start being conservative in every thing we do and think..In one word we become a Coward souls.We forget the grace and colors of life.

A person who lives only in the level of his senses and sense pleasure is at one level.Another person who has developed the art of opening up the body and mental locks is at upper level.
Another level is the breaking up of Emotional locks,where He brings in the energies of Love,compassion and gratitude instead of anger,hatred and jealousy..he has opened up his emotions.There is yet another level of breaking the intellectual locks..where he is in his Higher self and has the clarity of right or wrong, and knows his point of view isn't important to Happiness.

Final level is opening up of Spiritual Locks...the hidden energies of Oneself is unleashed.This happens only when there is inner purity and inner peace.Such a Person attains the Highest level.
Life is a mixture of knowledge and ignorance.it needs a fine tuning of both.Its like a High quality shoes without Polish,will look ordinary shoes.
Similarly knowledge polished with understanding and humility is only the Highest knowledge.

So look around with awareness and knowledge that everyone needs to change and transform to next level...And if u feel you needn't to change..then you are locking yourself and will not be free.

Free Yourself and Live life to the Fullest,without any Fears and Locks.
