In today’s World Everyone is busy with some work or the other. Every Person is busy in search of Happiness, Peace and Contentment. The mode and goals may be different. But the quest of Happiness is same altogether. This mad race for the search of Happiness is actually misleading most of us. And if I may add, actually we don’t know where the Real Happiness lies. If this isn’t the case, then sit back and ask yourself: Are you really Happy??? If the answer comes out to be YES…Then you are THE LUCKY ONE.
But NO is the answer of billions.

People complain of their busy schedules at work. They are earning for their Family, but are unable to give quality time to their families. How can we give quality time to our families, yet achieving our professional goals and targets?

I think we need to observe an Ant:
Yes, you read it right!
The tiny ant will teach us the ways to organize our life and we will learn a lot. Whatever hindrances or obstacles you place in front of an ant, it is so flexible that either it goes around it, under it or above it.
Flexibility is what we need to learn from our friend. An ant never quits and is always focused on its goal. It has the attitude of “Winners never quit; Quitters never Win.”

When it is winter, it plans for summer.- Tremendous planning ability When it is summer it waits for the winter- Patience. At any given point of time, it does all that is possible; it is holistic in whatever it does, however small it is, never invalidates its strengths- Commitment to do the Best.
It operates in a TEAM- team is united empowering to Achieve Maximum. Ants have the humility to follow the Leader- Humility is strength; not weakness.
United they build ant hill- an engineering feature- where even cooling effect is taken care of, in side the hill.- Team and Team intelligence.
Ants, while moving in a line, have perfect co-ordination to send feedback to ants following them. This communication has Perfect Networking.
So, can we learn to organize and balance our life like an ant? We need to be;

Flexible: Ask yourself? Am I flexible in giving quality time to my family? Am I flexible in my thought processes? Am I flexible in my deeds? Look around- Mother of Creativity is very flexible.
Planning: You should Plan your life and not just be lost in your joys or even sorrows. Patience: The biggest key to any lock. You need to be patient and observant to understand and mould life your way.
Example: In recession, during the difficult days, are you wise enough to develop the quality of patience and have an understanding of life changes?
Commitment: Are you giving your best to the present moment? Are you allowing yourself to better your best and make it a habit to be fully involved in everything you do? Team: Can you shun your EGO of “I, ME and Myself” and Make “We” your operating tool.
Humility: Can you be humble enough to follow the rules of life rather than treat rules as the binding forces? Networking: can you meticulously network with people in achieving higher tasks.

Following the above mentioned we can Find new meanings of our Life and make our struggle and hard work more sacred.Let the results speak..

"God's delays are not God's Denials."

We all would love to live an easy life with endless resources and finances, but most people might admit that life would be pretty monotonous & boring, if there were no obstacles, hindrances or failures.

Evidence of this might be seen by watching the television programs, where the rich and famous of Page 3 world seem to bounce from one crisis to another, seemingly bored of living the good life.
How many times have you watched such stories in the news, and thought what you would do to benefit humanity if you could have their vast resources of wealth, power and influence. How many times have you been puzzled when trying to understand their mindset? How many times have you criticized them for their deeds and decisions?....

It’s truly said: “Success is not easy to handle”.

Success begotten without any hard work or without crossing any insurmountable barrier is hardly remembered even by the most successful people.To compare it with something which we experience every day, we would not value sunlight if it was not snatched by darkness of the night. While no one in this world is spared from ill fortunes and his share of bad luck, disappointments and failures, what separates men from other animals is the individual ability to deal with failures.

While some succumb to their past rejections and present failures, some rise above it and strive harder to perfect their processes to achieve success. The second group always visualizes the entire spectrum of life – with its due quota of ups and downs and sees every failure as another opportunity thrown at them which has the potential of future success. This relentless pursuit of happiness and success despite all the hurdles which might come in the way, eventually take these people high on the ladder of accomplishment. The people who are tormented at the sheer thought of failure, past or present, are usually left behind

Never allow failure to take charge of you.

"When faced with a mountain,

I will
keep on striving,

tunnel underneath-or simply stay
and turn the mountain
into a gold mine,
with God's Help."

Most of the time we give up cos of the fear of not only the failure, but also fear of society or people around us.We tend to think; What people will think,What will they say?How will they react? etc. etc.

But When this THOUGHT strikes your mind, then I suggest you to Remember the story of: Father,Son and Donkey.

It will Give you motivation to move further.
Always Remember People around will say and talk,whatever you do.Irrespective of the Fact you are successful or fail in any of the event.
So Give a DAMN...!!!
And move on with Confidence.

"Failure is never a person , but an Event"

Treat the past as over and future as illusive. This means that you have to act for the present moment, which is all that you have in front of you. If you let your past failures come in your way of thinking positively for the future, you would be perennially haunted by what obstacles may occur in future. The key is to treat any set-back as an opportunity to improve the way you do things. Once you start believing in what the present is offering you, you tend to be more focused on making the most of your opportunities.

"Tough Times Never Last,But Tough Men Do"

Failures, negative criticism, set backs are all intrinsic part of success. If you believe in your ideas and can firmly stand by it, you can look at every failure on its face and see the sun that shines behind the barrier.

Set backs would come and go and would continue to do so, so long as you are involved in some kind of activity in life. There is a saying that when it rains, it pours. Nothing can be truer than this saying, when it comes to being flooded with set backs. Where we go wrong is that we fail to notice the silver lining around the cloud.

Motivational power is a mindset that gives special attention to building and reinforcing this type of thinking. People are given the tools to develop a more positive outlook towards life and to go beyond failures with a smile and head held high. The whole idea is to derive new enthusiasm from our adversities. Reaching deep within to tap into an inner power that you never worked with ever before. Reverse the negativity, and let us not turn the whole adversity experience into a vicious cycle where we perform sub-optimally in the face of adversities to invite more failure.

If you have tried hard, try harder this time pushing down all the adversities which hinder you and success could be round the corner. Overcoming the adversities of life can reward you with an exhilarating feeling of strength and accomplishment. While most people run from adversities, the true leader embraces adversity and uses it as a slingshot to propel themselves forward. Mount Rushmore was inspired by such leaders, incredible men who accomplished amazing feats by harnessing the power of adversity.

Allow your adversities to unlock your greatest opportunities for personal achievement and extraordinary accomplishments!

LOVE BEYOND LOVE

He met her on a party. She was so outstanding, many guys chasing after her, while he is so normal, nobody paid attention to him. At the end of the
party, he invited her to have coffee with him, she was surprised, but due to being polite, she promised. They sat in a nice coffee shop, he was too
nervous to say anything, she felt uncomfortable, she thought, please, let me go home.... suddenly he asked the waiter. "would you please give me
some salt? I'd like to put it in my coffee." Everybody stared at him, so strange! His face turned red, but still, he put the salt in his coffee and drank it. She asked him curiously; why you have this hobby? He replied: "when I was a little boy, I was living near the sea, I like playing in the sea, I could feel the taste of the sea, just like the taste of the salty coffee. Now every time I have the saltycoffee, I always think of my childhood, think of my hometown, I miss myhometown so much, I miss my parents who are still living there". While saying that tears filled his eyes. She was deeply touched.

That's his true feeling, from the bottom of his heart. A man who can tell out his homesickness, he must be a man who loves home, cares about home,
has responsibility of home. Then she also started to speak, spoke about her faraway hometown, her childhood, her family. That was a really nice
talk, also a beautiful beginning of their story.

They continued to date. She found that actually he was a man who meets all her demands; he had tolerance, was kind hearted, warm, careful. He was
such a good person but she almost missed him! Thanks to his salted Coffee!

Then the story was just like every beautiful love story , the princess married to the prince, then they were living the happy life... And,every
time she made coffee for him, she put some salt in the coffee, as she knew that's the way he liked it.


After 40 years, he passed away, left her a letter which said:

"My dearest,
please forgive me, forgive my whole life lie. This was the only lie I said
to you---the salty coffee. Remember the first time we dated? I was so
nervous at that time, actually I wanted some sugar, but I said salt It was
hard for me to change so I just went ahead.I never thought that could be
the start of our communication! I tried to tell you the truth many times
in my life, but I was too afraid to do that, as I have promised not to
lie
to you for anything..

Now I'm dying, I afraid of nothing so I tell you the truth: I don't like
the salty coffee, what a strange bad taste.. But I have had the salty
coffee for my whole life! Since I knew you, I never feel sorry for
anything I do for you. Having you with me is my biggest happiness for my
whole life. If I can live for the second time, still want to know you
and
have you for my whole life,even though I have to drink the salty coffee
again".


Her tears made the letter totally wet.Someday, someone asked her: what's the taste of salty coffee?

It's sweet. She replied...

Love is not to forget but to forgive, not to see but to understand, not to hear
but to listen, not to let go but to HOLD ON !!!!

Don't ever leave the one you love for the one you like, because the one
you like will leave you for the one they love.

Find a guy, who calls you beautiful instead of hot.
Who calls you back when you hang up on him.
Who will stay awake just to watch you sleep.

Wait for the guy who kisses your forehead.
Who wants to show you off to the world when you are in your sweats.
Who holds your hand in front of his friends.
Wait for the one who is constantly reminding you of how much he
cares about you and how lucky he is to have you.
Wait for the one who turns to his friends and says, "...that's
her."


Lucky are those who Get Long Lasting Love: But it is me, Who has to recognize the Real Love.People who Think from the Heart are often regarded as Emotional Fools in this World, But in my Eyes they are the real People Sent by God.

Let your Heart Speak and Be a Loving,Caring & Sweet Person you are.

THREE WORDS OF WISDOM

"Three Important Words-That Matters"

If you have ever had to call a friend in the middle of the night, to take a sick child to hospital, or when your car has broken down some miles from home, you will know how good it feels to hear the phrase "I'll be there" Being there for another person is the greatest gift we can give. When we are truly present for other people, important things happen to them and us. We are renewed in love and friendship. We are restored emotionally and spiritually. Being there is at the very core of civility.

“I respect you”

Respect is another way of showing love. Respect conveys the feeling that another person is a true equal. If you talk to your children as if they were adults you will strengthen the bonds and become close friends. This applies to all interpersonal relationships.

“Maybe you’re right”

This phrase is highly effective in diffusing an argument and restoring frayed emotions. The flip side to \"maybe your right\" is the humility of admitting,

"Maybe I'm wrong"

Let's face it. When you have a heated argument with someone, all you do is cement the other person's point of view. They, or you, will not change their stance and you run the risk of seriously damaging the relationship between you. Saying \"maybe you're right\" can open the door to further explore the subject, in which you may then have the opportunity to get your view across in a more rational manner.

“Please forgive me”

Many broken relationships could be restored and healed if people would admit their mistakes and ask for forgiveness. All of us are vulnerable to faults, foibles and failures. A man should never be ashamed to own up that he has been in the wrong, which is saying, in other words, that he is wiser today than he was yesterday.
Gratitude is an exquisite form of courtesy. People who enjoy the companionship of good, close friends are those who don't take daily courtesies for granted. They are quick to thank their friends for their many expressions of kindness. On the other hand, people whose circle of friends is severely constricted often do not have the attitude of gratitude.

“Let me help”

The best of friends see a need and try to fill it. When they spot a hurt they do what they can to heal it. Without being asked, they pitch in and help.
